PAYMENT
Payment is due upon purchase or invoicing. If you are paying my money order please e-mail me at stretchapenny@aol.com to let me know about when you will be sending it.
SHIPPING
If not noted otherwise in the listing, item(s) will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment.
If a custom color is requested shipping may take up to 10 days depending on if I have the color in house.
This will be discussed upon request of custom color.
RETURNS
Returns decided on a case by case basis and not accepted without prior communication about the issue.
There may be another way to resolve the issue without having to return the item.
Depending on communication outcome you may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds not given for items purchased in error so please ask questions until you are confident in your decision.
I may request a photo of the problem be e-mailed to me. Refunds not given for items mistreated after receipt.
